LEGATIS was established in 2025 pursuant to Notarial Deed No. 61 dated February 27, 2025, before Notary Hadijah, S.H in Jakarta, and has been duly approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree No. AHU-0000372-AH.01.18 of 2025. The company is also registered with a Business Identification Number (NIB) 1504250101624 through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system.

Asweri Adensius Marpaung, S.H. is Managing Partner of Legatis. He brings over 15 years of experience in the legal field, covering both litigation and non-litigation matters. He is highly familiar with legal proceedings and has extensive engagement with law enforcement authorities including state-owned enterprises, private companies, and other institutional domains.
Muhammad Fauzi, S.IIP.

Muhammad Fauzi, S.IIP is a Partner of Legatis. He has over 10 years of experience in corporate compliance and regulatory alignment, includes ISO certification, corporate audits, ensuring organizational integrity through proper documentation and compliance systems.
Muhammad Rizki, S.H., M.H.

Muhammad Rizki, S.H., M.H. is a Partner of Legatis. He has over 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, land acquisition, and business licensing. He is proficient in contract drafting, legal compliance, and others practical legal in field. Rizki also has government relation across in Indonesia.
